1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of worldofhabitat.com and SEO Go, the search and keyword planning application operated by Habitat L.L.C., Bedri Shala Hy-1/38, Prishtinë 10000, Kosovë (“Habitat”, “we”, “us”).
2. What SEO Go is
SEO Go is a tool used by Habitat and the clients we work with to audit websites, research and plan keywords, and report on search and advertising performance. Access is by invitation only.
3. Your account and Google connections
- You may connect only Google accounts, Search Console properties and Google Ads accounts you are authorised to access.
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
- SEO Go reads data from Google services with the permissions you grant. It does not create, change or spend on Google Ads campaigns. You can disconnect at any time.
- Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use SEO Go on websites or accounts you don't own or aren't authorised to manage;
- attempt to access other users' data, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service;
- use SEO Go or its outputs to violate any law, Google's policies, or the rights of others.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You give Habitat permission to process it only to provide SEO Go and the services you've engaged us for, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
SEO Go, its software and design belong to Habitat. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your access is active.
7. Recommendations and results
Reports, audits and keyword suggestions are informational. Search rankings and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including search engines' own systems, so we don't guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep SEO Go available but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
9. Disclaimer and liability
SEO Go is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Habitat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability related to SEO Go is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending access
You can stop using SEO Go and disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination we delete data connected to your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes go to the courts of Prishtina, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
